• 業務内容

  作業内容	Support the foundations of service quality — be professional, consistent, proactive and cost effective The position is important to implement global services. For IT related distribution/management process, he/she has to communicate with global closely. •Promote commitment within the team to the company and professional standards and to enhancing our brand •Focus the team on enabling the delivery of exceptional service: connect to Service Delivery teams, Onsite Technology Services (OSTS), Incident Management team, and other Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) teams (Hosting, Network, Collaboration), seizing opportunities to grow knowledge for the team •Proactively and effectively communicate the purpose of functional processes and solutions and decision making and information sharing within the team
  必須スキル	• Excellent people skills • Deep knowledge of technology • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English • Able to understand PC building process and application packaging process • Able to understand Microsoft security updates (WSUS) and application deployments (SCCM) • Able to develop working relationships with staff and management at all levels • Analytical troubleshooting • Multitasking, ability to prioritize own work and that of others • Manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy • Work independently with limited supervision on resolution of end user incidents, indirect responsibility to assist other technicians, and escalate to local and global teams
  尚可スキル	• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure experience • Desktop Backup software experience • Mobile Applications experience • Successful completion of ITIL Foundation course • SCCM Certification and expertise • Soft skills course completion directly relating to customer care or supervisory roles
  開発環境	• Windows 7, Windows 10 • Active Directory, Group Policy, Software distribution • Intel compatible hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Mobile Devices) • Server, Active Directory, Networking concepts
